Cast assembled at St. Peter's Episcopal Church on set of "Xircus, the Private Life of Jesus
Christ" the day after being closed by public violence and threat.  Subsequently moved to the
Performing Garage on Wooster Street where it ran for several months in the year of 1971.

Xircus by Donald L. Brooks with Natalie Rogers as The Tatttooed Whore.  Ms. Rogers wore a body stocking depicting the tattooes and simulating nudity.  Pia Piro succeeded Ms. Rogers in the role at the Performing Garage in full nudity and for every performance Mr. Brooks and Jon Jon painted her anatomy with the proscribed tattoos.
